Flat Iron Steak topped with a creamy Gaelic peppercorn sauce, served with horseradish mashed potatoes & Caesar salad

We will be sampling 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey, Connemara (peaked single malt whiskey) & Greenore (single grain Irish whiskey). We will be explaining the flavor profiles of the whiskeys and the process of how they are made, which should be interesting since each whiskey is a different type of Irish whiskey.
The gaelic peppercorn sauce will also me made with 2 Gingers Irish Whiskey, to tie it all together.
